Claims for apparent defects must be notified within 3 days of your receipt of the goods. We will only consider the claim if the goods are still in their original state and have not been cut, treated or processed. Claims for latent defects must be notified within 3 days after receipt of the goods or immediately after identification whichever is the earlier.
Subject to the above provisions, should the returned fabrics prove to have manufacturing defects then suitable replacements will be issued. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund for the delivery fees & the fabric must be unused.
No claims or refunds will be entertained for fabrics or items that have been used in any way, no claim on fabrics once they have been cut. Please check fabric is suitable prior to using. Normally we do not offer refunds on fabrics which you have Not had a sample prior, please get in touch with us to discuss your return.
Non-Returnable Items - Please be aware that there are certain items that are non-refundable. This includes mixed fabric bundles, fabrics cut to customer specified lengths & remnant boxes/bundles.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of the returned goods & after your items have been checked. This usually takes 2 working days. After this point, your refund may take 5 working days to reach your account.

Processing Refunds
